[Compcomm] Let's Get Things Started

Only to avoid any useless comments on my previous mail - I tried to
explain the situation we are facing here. This is highly emotional, as
well as political ... I don't really want to pick up those discussions
again - but if we start ignoring these feelings (which many people try
to do), we will never get over these problems and whenever there will
come up issues within the community we will immediately have two sides
again. 

This is exactly the reason why I think we should split up into smaller
teams to become productive - few people with same interests work better
together ... 

And if nobody minds, I'd like to join the WEB-team, too :D ...
