[Compcomm] Let's Get Things Started

I think it should be possible to integrate the gitweb-interface into the
site without further caring about its domain. The current layout of
compiz.org would easily allow that by adding a new gitweb-tab ... I
already planned to do it like that.

One problem is that gitweb is one big perl-script and I didn't dig too
deep into its layout. I don't know if it can be customized by css ...
but I assume it can. Maybe we have to include the ugly default interface
first but its better than nothing.

The bigger question really is why we not just use git.compiz.org as git
repo as it is already available and setup under that domain and David
recently released a nice tutorial on how to create an account?

If something with the git not works I can have a look, I have at least
ftp-access to the server so maybe I can see what's wrong.
