I agree with delfick. Checklist is...
-ZERO functional regressions from Beryl (Except for inputzoom)
-ZERO functional regressions from Compiz
-Settings tool
-Setup tool
-New window decorator.

Easy as pie. Now instead of sitting here wondering who is going to do the
organising, I'll just set up a *sign up* page in the wiki.

EDIT : I cant. It wont let me. Can Jeff do it for me?
