Well, an update on that. Theres a patch by gandalfn for white boarders on
GWD but it want commited. I've filed a bug for no blur and no blur under
water as there is another intel user with the same problem and tearing is
fixed by enabling Sync to vBlank. Wobbly is still stuttery though..
