[Compcomm] The Next Step

Just about vBullitin. I hate how ubuntuforums doesnt let me do anything if
I'm not registered, so if someone links to a guide there I cant read it
because - oh Im not registered! I cant even register because I'm ... not
registed.

Please make the restrictions really low
