He represents me, it's just that his name is on the receipt because of
some pricing advantages we got that way (because he's a former
employee of my webhost). He leased it to me for unlimited time -
Maxime was just the proxy.

Yes, that's perfectly right. There was a bit less than 1000€ after
taxes, among which US$400 from System76. The end price was 1123€.
