Again - 100% agreed. As long as the web-team contains members who are
capable of making such decisions I am fine with it.

Hmm - not sure about that. Do you know of any project where democracy
doesn't lead to stagnation? We need a better organization based on
everyone's real capabilities, not based on everyone's ability to throw
out nice words and plans. If people with knowledge and experience decide
about things, then we have a result like compiz - the other way round
ends up with beryl. What would you prefer?

If FUD-spreading, half-hearted and impatient people leave the project I
can really see nothing negative in that. If that is needed to get
together a bunch of people who accept each other and respect each
other's work - then yes, let's get rid of those bored and frustrated
pussies.
You think I am not frustrated? Since last night I definetly am, but only
because I am frustrated I don't just give up or start doing things
half-heartedly ... or insult other people in an unacceptable manner
(especially not if I am the so called "commodore" of the official
compiz-website).
