[Compcomm] A possible forum merge proposal

Matthew, I've done a LOT more than you have. A LOT more. The username
iotc247 on the phpbb.com forums is mine. I've helped hundreds of
users, on and off that board. I've done several premodded forums with
200+ updated and working mods..

And you obviously don't know what it's like to setup groups and forums
and permissions, at least as well as some of us. Or you would realize
that it takes longer than an hour.
