[Compcomm] A possible forum merge proposal

whether beryl or compiz was better is irrelevant.....
all that matters now is the fact that the two merged...this means that in
the future (probably more long term than short term) our composited manager
will be EXTREMELY better off than with the code duplication that the fork
created.....
so argueing about the mistakes of the past isn't gonna help
