GREAT! CORAL GOT IN!!!!!11!!!!!!11!1 ITS TEH BIGGEST DEAL EVAZ!
Just because 'Coral' was suggested. It doesn't mean that it WILL
DEFINITELY BE THE NAME. Names like 'Nova' and 'Fusion' are getting
votes too and thats good. And wait, how - HOW did we kill this
project? By adding a couple of PLUGINS. PLUGINS that users can turn
off or on! Core is pretty much untouched and David has very strict
rules about what gets into core and what doesn't.
A name is a name. Great. Its a NAME!
Thats it.
It does not change the code
It does not change what the project is about
Its just a NAME.
When people look at Beryl and Compiz, they say - wow, wobbly windows
and a cube! thats cool and I want it. Its not like they are judging by
the name.
And wa-wait? What was the whole point of this merge? It was because we
had extremely similair goals.
So what are you going to name it in that case? If YOU have a sense of
leadership, what would YOU do?
Just a thought
