OK

I really don't think you get where me and danny are coming from here.
Maybe its the language barrier or maybe its just a case of intolerance
and frustration bercause this project (appears) to be going no-where
(Which, BTW is what I write my OCCN blog for - so that people know
whats going on and where we are 'sort-of' heading (Don't take that too
seriously btw))

The point is, Rico, that instead of the developers making desisions
for the project itself, we let the users decide what they think the
project is about, as the developers see it as code. As per this
webpage 'http://producingoss.com/en/getting-started.html#choosing-a-name,'
It implies that you should choose a name that represents what users
see from the project. Its like a book, the author can only imply one
theme but people can read so many different themes from it. Hence were
letting the users decide.

This is the part where you come in. Let's get this straight, you have
not offended us, as people in any way, shape or form. All you are
making us do is wonder why you are being so 'de-constructive' and not
wanting to join in / and/or making it hard for the users.

Lets take an example. The Beryl people come up with an idea on how to
do something. In this case, CCS.

You and Mike (Generally) have come in to say (My interpretation) 'This
is crap, lets use my way that I just started and I think will work.
Who cares about the advantages or problems yours solves, lets use my
way even though it doesnt solve some of those problems, but its still
good.'

Yet you fail to realize the point that we have been working on this
solution for a while. You just come in, shoot it down and say we
should use yours instead because you think it has some technical
merit. Only you.

That is deconstructive ^

Here is the way to be constructive :

The Beryl team is working on a project, you come in and have a look at
it and have a look at yours. You like the idea of yours and the
benefits it provides but also have a look at the merit of theirs. You
suggest new ways to contribute to the existing idea so that your ideas
can become part of the big idea. Everybody wins.

So onto this whole name issue. We are DISSCUSSING the best way to do
something and you come in and shoot it down saying that its crap and
your way must be the best because its how you see it.

Not being contructive ^

Instead of saying that our ideas are crap without any reason other
than you think they are crap, please suggest ways in which to improve
our thinking instead of saying 'It should be like this and thats the
end of it'
