The entry for zoom refers to what has been renamed Enhanced Zoom, and
that is now a completely different plug-in from the one in core.

I would much rather see an entry for every plugin, than for the
auto-merged names. Plug-ins can move between these names, and it is
far easier to assign a responsible person to each person, instead of
assigning it to a variable group of plug-ins.

This also gives us the opportunity to have somewhat official
maintainers for each plug-in, which really helps.
