[Compcomm] Animation plugin

But most users don't, and it's a hassle for them to change 2 options
each time they want to change something about minimize+unminimize. I
know it is for me.

Though I can include that separation functionality in the planned
generic option exception list system (for the animation plugin) in the
future.

Which separate effects do you use btw?
