[Compcomm] [PATCH] compiz event for Group's tab change animation

Hi,

This patch adds a compiz event for Group's tab change animation. This
is needed to resolve the conflict between Group's tab change and
Animation's fade focus animations. Can you look over this, try it with
the latest animation from git, and commit?
