[Compcomm] Blurring emerald borders

Its just an educated guess but I think its probably related to the
threshold variable.  Obviously its not documented but it sounds
like thats whats needed to be tweaked.

Not that its much help to you though, its probably not supported
by emerald (or anything else for that matter).

Blur seems hooked up to use it, but I haven't seen it work yet.
